Ingredients

  • 1 1/2ozMalibu Coconut Rum
  • 1ozBlue Curaçao
  • 2ozSweet & Sour Mix
  • 3ozPineapple Juice
  • 1cupIceFor shaking
  • iWedgePineappleGarnish
  • 1WholeMaraschino CherryGarnish

Method

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add the Malibu Coconut Rum, blue curaçao, sweet & sour mix, and pineapple juice.
  3. Shake thoroughly until chilled.
  4. Fill a hurricane glass with fresh ice.
  5. Strain or pour the cocktail over the ice.
  6. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry.
